The Shameless crew is by far my favorite Seattle party hosting crew. Bringing in NYC's Passions ;Hottest Brooklyn Disco-Punker EVER! Last time Passions saw Seattle, bitches were trying put dollars in his pants because it was soooo sexy music, no one could stop them event. Passions is the twist of audio that dancy kids crave!

Shameless have further stepped up this line up with Star Eyes, Eva & Naha, Novatron & Shapeshifter plus DJ sets by members of Shameless (Like DJ Recess - who is POWerful Awesome Dance machine Maker), Club Pop, Innerflight, Naha Army and Fourthcity (M'chateau!). What's so hella fun at these events is that art and love that goes into it. With a lot of post-rave future-culture and costume and LIVE body painting and STRONG line up of lady dj and producers! These kids of Shameless go for it and stay on underground and they stay up like Berlin.
Imma post on this party fo' sure! Just you watch me!

Happy for Your New Year and we Cheer!!!

Starhead/Kinoko collide in a sneak peek at Anne Bonny's 2x2.

Writing this I got extra stoked.... Oh reallY! Just when I was decompressing and thinking about the Teenagers show coming at boring Neumo's in Seattle. (We don't care for the venue because it's over and no more magical than a florescent light even tho' they book well.) Teenager's have music and remixes that saved me from falling off my bicycle on the last leg of a tour. Also, it's great stuff not being able to stop dancing or feeling good because a song is so good for you. During gloomy winter it may be helpful to enact systems of powerful awesome in order to keep your self bright!

And I can go on about New Year's Eve ~ BUT.. it's over and I survived it. Lot's of everyone I know made themselves with some crazy expectations of some laser tag dream sequence. Looking for something, but wanting someone else to have put it there for them. Ah...Yes the Space Needle is really cool to look at when midnight fireworks are going off and you are drunk-ed with awesome friends. All night moments are wonderful, but watch it kids.. the sniff makes for a sharp sound on your speakers. Levels - Check. A night spent dodging around a city in just the right way was exactly what I wanted - and Got (Thanks, dude!).
By the way... Towa Tei is a great DJ/producer in my opinion, and "Stretch Building Bamboo" is still fresh in '08.

AND For the NeW tHinGs to Go do... Yes - go see the Teenagers. It'll be really fun. And DEFIANTLY Check out this Street Arts show 2x2 at Seattle's Anne Bonny (1355 East Olive Way). This is an installation of street art by some of Seattle's secret artists. If you ever look up when you are walking around in town, you will likely recognize some of the talent in this show. Curator/conspirator R.Crase has given 10 artists the domain to conquer three walls of the Anne Bonny gallery covered in masonite panels. The request has been for the wall panels to be treated like the walls of the street. Look for stickers, paint, wheat paste, pens, little scratches and collaboration. The opening will surely be an unmissable event with lots of yummy art fun give aways, as well as a chance for taking home one or more of the panels. 2x2 includes artists Farmerbob,Claudius Pheadrus, Little Bird, Starhead, Scntfc, Bald Man Watching, Kinoko, Shawn Bishop, No Touching Ground, nko. Opening Friday Jan 11th 8pm-11pm. running from Jan 11-31st.
